TST Sigma Kit – 20/30

The Sigma Kit includes a waistcoat and overalls with integrated hand protection to keep the operator protected and dry. Protection Level 20/30: for use at pressures up to 30,000 psi (2000 bar) in applications using a single straight jet or 43,500 psi (3000 bar) in applications using a rotating nozzle.

TST Sigma Kits include Waistcoat and Overalls with Integrated Hand Protection.

Overall with Integrated Hand Protection

Fitted with front protection up to the waist.
Hand and forearm protection integrated into garment.
Neoprene collar seals against the neck to keep water out of the suit.
Overalls are always in place, no matter if the operator is climbing on ladders or working in narrow spaces.
Used in combination with the waistcoat for upper body protection.
Air-powered ventilation available for work in warm environments (optional, air supply required).

Waistcoat

Provides effective front torso protection as well as around the neck and shoulders.
Velcro closures on sides and back for maximum adjustability.
Two sizes: the smaller size fits M-2XL and the larger size is 3XL.

Note: Kits do not include foot protection.

Technical Description

Outer material: Laminated Polyamide.
Inner material: Polyester mesh.
Protective material: Special fabric containing Dyneema® fiber.
Seams: Taped.
Washing instructions: TST Special Grease Remover.
CE-marking: Approved according to the directive 89/686/EEC and BGR 191

Test Results

The different levels of protection have been determined by testing according to the table below. Different values (pressure, water flow, nozzle, distance, speed) can give significantly different results.

Test results below apply to all products with the 20/30 Protection Level.

	TST Boots 3000 Boots 3000 feature moulded and jointed aluminum gaiters fixed to high quality slip-resistant, steel-toed safety boots. Provide excellent comfort and mobility. Conform to the standards BGR 191 and EN 345-1 99A5 S5. Mens sizes only.
	TST Gaiters - 20/30 Gaiters are worn over the operator´s normal safety boots. Fours adjustable straps and velcro closure secure the Gaiters in place. Protection Level 20/30: for use at pressures up to 30,000 psi (2000 bar) in applications using a single straight jet or 43,500 psi (3000 bar) in applications using a rotating nozzle. Sold in pairs.
	TST Overall Ventilation Option This optional ventilation system for TST Overalls keeps the operator cool and comfortable when working in hot environments. Air supply required.
	TST Balaclava The TST balaclava is designed to keep the operator warm and dry when working in cold environments. Offers no protection against waterjets.
